About Me

Samantha has been in the Food Service/Culinary Industry for over 10 years and now specializes in custom cakes and pastries.  She is a new young entrepreneur from the Caribbean who takes pride in using her Jamaican culture and background to incorporate technique and flavour in her products. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management, an Advanced Diploma in Baking and Pastry Management as well as many certificates. Samantha prides herself as the prime representative of Butter & Creme Desserts.
